As all XIAOMI customers know their devices are running on the new update of MIUI 11 which has been provided by the company last year having a great interface as compared to that of the previous one.

Now the updated news is that they are launching their new stable update of MIUI 12. Yes you'll get a new update this May which will come up with great and upgraded

RELEASE DATE: The rumours about announcing the MIUI 12 update is around 27 APRIL after this they'll start providing updates to their flagship as well as high-end devices later providing to the mid-range and budget smartphones. This update is first given to the Chinese market and thus providing to the other countries which could be either in the 3rd or 4th quarter of the year

MIUI ELIGIBLE DEVICES:

There is no confirmed news for the devices which gets updates but through other sources, the list can be similar as :

MIUI UPDATES AND FEATURES

1. CAMERA: in the new camera update it will support custom function layout which can be used to decide which camera options can be chosen at the forefront. Also it supports colour customisation such as red, green, yellow, purple etc.

                            

2.  SMOOTH ANIMATION: MIUI 12 now can have a smoother interface and functionalities. Although with the introduction of the new slider at the bottom similar to Android10, helps you to swipe in-between apps you want to choose at a very less effort which increase the user's interest, using the device more frequently. Also, animations of the apps would be different in the XIAOMI devices 

3.  VIDEO EDITOR: As you know there is no any video editor app inside the gallery app, but with the new update there is a chance of getting a new editor through which you can easily cut, edit, set playback speed and all the basic things can be performed without using the 3rd party applications.

4. SCREEN TIME OUT: This new feature will let you not to focus on spending time all day with your device. Once you set the screen time out it wouldn't allow you to enter in the phone within a specified time limit. You'll get a similar feature to all the listed device above.

              

5. GLOBAL INVERSION: Well this app basically developed to force the dark mode on the entire UI. Many posts regarding MIUI 12 talked about"non-linear inverse colour algorithms". Which totally suggests that this feature will be introduced with the new version.

6. PRIVACY: Taking about the privacy well they are likely to introduce you with the new privacy brand which focuses on users complete data protection. They have developed Mobile AI Compute Engine that works on the device itself so no data leak could be possible.

DARK MODE ENHANCED: With the introduction of the new dark mode which stimulate the gradual light transitions from day to night on the wallpaper also it will focus on the font adjustment through which text reduces it's glare and becomes a blur and acts likely to reduce the effects the user's eye which is the best option I came to know also the third-party apps will be using the dark mode 2.0
